(Resolved)broken before I got my hand on it
Amazon Customer•December 18, 2016
The product is good, and just what i needed. The product came in a bubble wrap package, so I thought nothing of it and proceeded to run upstairs and hook up my headset. Right as i went to plug the headphone audio jack in i noticed it didn't want to plug in, so i looked at it and the black piece between the ground and right audio connection was broken. i paid $4.54 in shipping fees and i'm displeased, they should have sent it in a cardboard box for that price. Post.. everything has been sorted out, and I e been enjoying the new cord. I didn't even have to send the broken one in.
Perfect service
