Just what you expect from a traditional school ruler. I bought these because I needed rulers with the center groove for my science class (for making marble ramps) and my school won't buy them for my classroom.
They are marked in a more modern way, where measurements don't start at the end of the ruler, but are set in. This is to help students be better measurers and learn to line up the zero with the beginning of their measuring task.
