On the ice I feel like the spread as the rubber is stretchy

Work ok. I work for an ice hockey team and these are uncomfortable to stand in. On the ice I feel like the spread as the rubber is stretchy. I stopped wearing them.
They sort of work, but the marriage of shoe and cleat is not so firm.

For what I needed out of these, they work. Somewhat.
As a person with a fairly large foot, the thing to keep in mind is that while walking, these DO slide around: the rubber inside doesn't have a way to grip the bottom of your shoe. For people with an unusual gait, this means that as you walk through ice and slush, the internal surface and your shoe start to slide back and forth, resulting in the cleats sliding away from where they're needed the most: UNDER the shoe.
I had to readjust these several times walking from a bus stop to a doctor's office, a little under a quarter of a mile away. This is harder to do when you do not have full use of both arms and hands.

I have only used these a couple of times but they work great. I live on a very steep hill and during the winter I park at the bottom of the hill. These are nice to slip on and help get to the bottom safe and sound. I bought 2 pairs, one for me and and one for my son who has to walk down to the bus stop. I have a size 13 shoe and he's an 11. We both have no issues getting them on or off. They are flexible so you can fold them up and put them in a bag or pocket if needed without causing damage. Well worth the money.
Good traction on ice
