Scent is nice. I have 2 11lb Morkies. If they happen to pee on this more than once, it will leak right through. As long as you can pick up the pad right away that's fine, but we have them down for when we're not home. Other brands I've used are much better.

These are great for my puppy- it absorbs well and controls odor! I tried 3 brands and these are the best! I prefer to change them frequently but have used them for more than one day when I was sick-very easy to cleanup!

The absolute best dog pads ever! The gel truly absorbs- I accidentally spilled a 2-quart pitcher of iced tea on one, & nothing drippped off- nothing! And the lavender scent is lovely. Not overwhelming, just nice. For my 15-year- old, making it through the night is no longer an option. These pads help her keep her dignity.

I personally dont like these gel pads.Although, I have a Yorkie, I purchased the xxl for a bigger space coverage. But for some reason, I always found a leakage. this big pad did not prevent from me having to mop the area on every change. Plus, the lavender smell doesn't make a difference, once used my kitchen smell like dog urine. I won't be buying these again.

Aside from the fragrance, these were the worst pads I have ever tried! They do not absorb, and they leak. I am very disappointed! The best use for them would be under a plant pot to catch some drips
