Purpose: I got this as a gift for an elderly women who has diabetes and needs motivation to exercise. Hoping this can be a fun tool.
Pros: I imagined something of a cheaper quality but instead this turned out to be higher in quality.
Cons: Took it out of the box and noticed that the soft isn't as mushy/soft as I imagined but that's subjective. In all I'm excited to give this as a gift.

I had a little bit of problem so started using this. I went for a general checkup and told the doctor that I have to work long hours and need some ergonomic help. So I was referred to a physiotherapist. When I told the Physiotherapist that I am using these balls for exercise she told me to stop using it. She specifically told me that this would aggravate the stress and cause more harm.
The product in general has no issues. But it is really important to check with your Physiotherapist or Doctor before you start using this.

Good product. Used it to rehabilitate my hand that had been wounded when I broke up a cat fight. The only blood that was shed was mine! I developed an infection that injured a tendon on a finger. Using these therapy balls really helped it to regain its strength. I'm an RN, so healthy, strong hands are vital. These did the job.

These eggs are truly great! This is the secind "Freindly Swede" product I have purchased; the other was a stylus pen. I truly appreciate their quality control; few companies today care as much about quality control.
The rubber, or whatever material they used, is great. It does not have any annoying odors and the texture feels durable. I use them on a daily basis and alternate between the three (soft, medium and hard). I am thinking about getting another pair so I can use the same egg in each hand at the same time.
I think a good accessory I would buy for tgese eggs woukd be a nice case to store them in. For now I use the box they came in, but soon the cardboard will no longer hold up. I'll probably have a littke weekend project making a small wooden storage case for them!
Also, I love the littke decals that came with these eggs!

Soft, medium, and firm "eggs"... I got the smaller size, which seem great for my hands. My fingers, especially the pads at the ends, sometimes ache with such acute pain, and these help exercise my joints without eliciting so much pain. Slightly pebbled texture on the surface. They seem to be helping the stiffness I feel in my finger joints.
