Ran out of the box. Very cheesy anchors for the shutter hinges(plastic). Vibrated like crazy on first start up at full speed. Adjusted the blades(they were out of wack). Still vibrated badly(it's mounted on a wall in our greenhouse that is attached to our home. The wife hollered at me that the dishes were shaking in the cupboard. We will see how long it lasts. It's NOT quiet as told by some, because it's pushing a lot of air (the only plus I have for it). The paint chips easily. Hope this helps someone. I didn't heed the warnings by others. Not real Professional Grade as stated.

Professional Products 12" fan w/louvers - It's ok, runs quiet, not much vibration, has very good flow for its size. Arrived with bent arms so the fan would not initially rotate. A 2 minute fix, but the box was not damaged, so something most likely happened at the factory and was not addressed. We will see how long it lasts, but for now, it works just fine.

Great little fan that pulls a goodly amount of air through my Las Vegas garage. Quiet. Shutters work fine. Super easy to install once you have your hole cut in the wall. You may need OUTSIDE shutters or gable vent cover since it does not line up with 2"x6" walls. (Hint: Use a 12"x12" gable vent cover to aid better air flow.) Recommended.

The fan blade is not balanced. I use it on a greenhouse and it shakes the entire structure. LOAD!!! My fear is that the bearrings wont last very long with this amount of shaking.

Got to get hot air out of my garage. Easy to install. Like the self opening vents. Little more noise than i like but the garage is 25 feet away so its fine. Was thinking of 2 more for the attic, will wait and see how it lasts.
