Cyber Tech please help with Over heating battery issues

First of all this battery works with our Naeto that we bought from Costco awhile back. We received this items on October 3rd 2017, today is January 4th 2018. My wife first told me about the warning on the Naeto lcd " Please wait while I cool down my battery" ~ something like that ~. I don't know how to contact the Cyber Tech for this issues, or maybe there are any warranty on this items? This issues started since December 2017. 1.5 months after we received this battery. We use this vacuum every other day. We have 2 vacuums that clean the house, they are taking turn. Please help Cyber Tech. Thank you

Without a doubt these are far superior batteries that run longer. The longer run allows my Neato XV-21 to clean the entire floor on one charge.
One concern: every so often, maybe once a month, I get a message that it's waiting for the batteries to cool down, sometimes its not running at all, sometimes I hear the small motor running when it backs up, but its not moving. The message doesn't go away, but stopping the clean cycle everything returns to normal. 4 stars for that, otherwise I would give it 5.

Almost gave up on my Neato but these revived it - eight months and still going strong

These batteries saved me from getting rid of my Neato. My XV was able to kill two sets of NiMH batteries in pretty short order, leaving only a few minutes of run time, despite doing the recommended battery resets etc. Given how infrequently I use the thing, this was beginning to feel like a waste of money. Enter these Li ion batteries. Eight months later I have not had a single problem with these, and I don't see any obvious signs of capacity degradation. Great product.
Better then original batteries

After about nine month the original batteries in my Neato would only last about twenty minutes and could hardly make it back to the charging station. With the Lithium replacement batteries I get seventy five to eighty minutes before Neato returns home. Only issue I've had is on a few occasions when Neato has been on the charger for a couple of days, I get an error saying "My batteries have to cool down" and the red light comes on. What i do is put Neato back on to the charger then remove from it the charger then press start. The error then goes away. I would definitely recommend these batteries.

Awesome! Vastly improves the usefulness of the Neato XV-21. Installed the batteries (perfect fit), charged it per directions, and hit start. Wow, the Neato ran for I am guessing over 50 minutes. Thing ran so long I stopped it twice to empty the dirt collector figuring it was full of dog hair. Yep, full of dog hair (Corgi type). Very impressed and definately glad I spent the extra money for the Lithium type battery.
