It did what I needed it to do.

The connections are a little loose, but they work. The board is really tiny, kind of hard to work with. Easy to order, very quick delivery, overall I like it, and it does what I needed to do for prototyping a latching relay circuit for switch position indicator LED's on a control panel for model trains.
