As a floor surface these tiles look nice albeit they look like linoleum and not like the ceramic tile they are trying to mimic. The adhesive on the back is very weak so if your subfloor surface is anything less than smooth and clean you will have trouble getting these to adhere properly. In my application(on top of an epoxy floor with some texture in a public exhibit space) the only thing keeping these tiles in place are the adjacent tiles and the fact they run to the wall. I can easily pull a tile out with my fingers. Edges lay nice and flat and the surface is as durable as you would expect. I personally would not install these in my house but if I were cheaply trying to upgrade a rental or something it might be a good option. That being said, they worked perfectly for what I was doing.

Pretty thin tile..very poor self stick...I used floor glue so it held down well...tears easily..used in a hall bathroom..would not use in a heavy used area..ie: entry way
Pretty to look at..went well with my color scheme for bathroom.
