Bought 3 of these for our family Disney and beach trip. These bags worked wonderfully for what we needed. First off, the bags arrived quickly within 2 days of our trip (even though we ordered last minute) and were tucked neatly in a small zippered pouch (that becomes an inside pocket once the bag is opened up) with an outside hook so the bag can be attached to something if needed, when not opened and in use. The bag is made of a great, lightweight and completely waterproof fabric, similar to that of a parachute material, yet softer and more pliable. We were able to wear the bag as a sling on the back, or, by switching your arms through, as a sling across your chest. The padded shoulder strap helped in comfort for the full 5 days we wore the bags. Another plus, no matter how the bag is worn, the zippers are strategically placed and easy to access. There is one small elastic pocket on the shoulder strap itself. This would be ideal for an IPOD or something similar. (Our hotel room keys fit perfect) There is also a zippered pocket on the outside top, perfect for holding cell phones (We have IPhone 6 Plus), credit cards, hotel keys, a wallet, or anything of about that size. The bag has a main pouch as well, to put all other items. I easily carried a couple of 16 oz water bottles, a few capri suns and some snacks. (I will note, heavier items fall to the bottom because of sack design and often move around too. So it would be hard to carry a sandwich (or any item you don't want squished) without it getting smashed between water bottles etc. unless it's in a tupperware of some sort. Also, the more weight, the added shoulder pressure. However, for us, this was never a bother, though I did notice it towards the last day after carrying the bag .) There is however, and elastic side pouch on the outside of the bag perfect for a water bottle. Also inside that large main pouch is the zippered pocket that the bag gets folded up and stored into. This particular pocket wasn't as easy to get to due to the angle of the bag when wearing it, but still was perfect for storing smaller items that you may not want floating around in the main large pouch. Lastly, this bag went through water rides and the beach. The bag was drenched on the outside (from water rides at Disney) but kept all of my items dry and sand free while we were at the beaches as well. Also to note, I machine washed/hung dry our bags after getting home from our vacation. They held up perfectly and are folded up, tucked neatly into their small pouches ready to go the next time we are!

I use this sling bag on a daily basis, I take it everywhere with me! It's great for running errands to throw all my mail and receipts in throughout my day. It even has a elastic banded pocket on the side I can put my water bottle in. I love how it folds inside out into a compact zippered pouch for easy storage. I can easily fit my iPad and a couple books in it to take with me to study on the go. It's great for day trips or events such as a trip to the beach, museum, concert, movies etc. I really enjoy going for walks in the evening and this bag is perfect for holding my cellphone, water bottle and other items I need to take with me. The padded strap is really comfortable and doesn't leave red marks like some bags. Overall it's a very useful and versatile sling bag!

I used this at Disney world. It was easy to carry and held plenty. I like that it carries in a couple of different ways making it more comfortable than most bags of this kind. It folds very compactly for packing not taking up too much luggage space. I used it my whole trip as my everyday bag and was very happy with how it went.

I travel a lot. 3 to 4 times a year to different countries and I am always trying to figure out what is the best gear to take and minimize space and weight.

When you are traveling, you are going to normally have two bags. One that you check in with all of your clothes and another with your personal items on your bag. When you get to your destination, you are going to want to take small tours or excursions. Normally, I bring:

* Cell Phone
* Sunscreen
* Hat/sunglasses
* Towel (Did the Hitchhikers guide teach you nothing?!) I recommend "Sunland Microfiber Towel Ultra Compact"
* Passport (Don't leave it anywhere)
* Wallet
* Small documents
* Bottle of water

So here is the problem. You remember that bag you carried on you in the airport that weighed 25lbs and had 5 days of items in it? You are now forced to carry that up the steps of Machu Picchu or the day hike your wife booked for you in northern Vietnam. This is why you need this bag. I was looking at Kavu bags that are similar to this one. This one was far more affordable and just as useful! I have used it at the zoo, museums and other places where I wanted to carry things, but did not want a purse hanging off me. This is lightweight and folds into a tiny pouch for travel. It has a great inside pocket where I like to put my more valuable things. Also -- if you are concerned about security, you can attach the zipper pull to the hang tag at the top using a carribeaner. This makes sure the main compartment on the back stays closed and it is not easily opened.
