Dear Hi-Lift, You should be ashamed to put your name on this item. Poorly made of cheap materials. I should have listened to previous reviewers. Charge a little more and make great quality. Isn't that the mindset behind your jacks? This item is a great idea, horribly executed. I returned mine.

Absolute junk. I had to obliterate it with hammer, pliers and prybar just to remove it the first time. I went to unlock, and the key and lock tumbler completely came out of the knob. Save your money.

After using lock for 2 months, I can't get my hi jack lift because lock is stuck. Turn key just free wheels. Should have listened to reviews posted earlier. Unless manufacturer updates product, I suggest don't buy it.

it sucks the plastic strips on the nut, I had to drill mine out.
