I live in Massachusetts where the winters are unpredictable, and sometimes unbearable. This jacket is perfect for those nasty snow storms, and raw New England climates. At first I was skeptical because I am not a fan of oversized coats, but this one is not bulky at all, and even comfortable to drive in. Highly recommend this jacket!

As a Chicagoan, I need a solid winter coat that would not only protect me from the frigid cold but also keep me from being swept away by the wind. This coat serves that 2-fold purpose! The only things I didn't like about it is the faulty zipper (I always have trouble attaching it at the bottom) and the hood (Could be better than the current detachable buttons, which always inconveniently detach when I move too much). All in all, I am happy with my purchase though; I literally could not feel a thing while wearing this! Thank you, North Face!

I love my coat. I was a bit hesitant in buying it because of it's cost but it is worth the money. The coat has a snug fit but I am able to wear a sweater or blazer under it without it getting wrinkled. It really does keep you warm. I button my coat once I step outside my front door.
