I got to say I was sceptic when I first heard about sipping coffee so I had to try it for myself and let me say I was very pleased with this product I dipped for a long time and finally quit but still have the urge to every now and again but this is a great alternative the taste is fantastic it's like a sugary cup of coffee but not overpowering it's good to let it sit out and warm/loosen up before digging into due to the honey holding it together and is a bit stiff at first but it helps keep it together when in your mouth. Of course just like with regular dip if does slowly break apart and get in your teeth but I'm use to that so it's not really a big deal to me as it may be for others but a toothpick or finding out with water takes care of that. There is no need to spit which is great since where I work doesn't allow us to carry bottles around and running to a garbage can every time you need to is inconvenient. I've had about 8 guys that I work with ask to try it and they have loved it as well and plan on getting some for themselves so if you're feeling sceptic like I was don't just go ahead get you a can or two and try it out you won't regret it

Too sweet and way too gritty. When you open the can it looks like a lump of tar. Very sticky. It doesn't pack very well and it takes a bottle of water to flush it out of your mouth. Way too sweet, almost like candy. No where near the texture of tobacco dip, more like rough sand

First off, five stars! This product is exactly what I had expected, given the description and concept--a tasty little can of ground coffee bean paste, bonded with a mixture of honey and cream, that seems to give approximately the same "boost" as a cup of coffee, only pinched, tucked, and sucked instead of drank.

I've never dipped or chewed tobacco, nor do I plan to, but I do drink coffee all day, every day. I work as a counselor, a sedentary job that requires as much focus as I can give to it, so coffee's my friend. I don't get to get up for a cup when I please, due to the nature of the work, and I'm not always wanting to give off the "jonesing for coffee" vibe, sipping away as someone is trying to tell me about their innermost struggles. Cowboy Coffee Chew is the fix I never knew I could get, and after about a week of use, I'm seeing it replace my expensive daily refill. I've also started drinking less coffee, period, and substituting water, which you can easily drink with the Chew provided it's well tucked.

Anyway, that's about all I know. I haven't been subsidized or paid in any way to write this, I just wanted to. Great product, cool addition to my daily grind.

First I should say that I do not, nor have I ever use any tobacco product or dip of any kind. I am a coffee lover, and as such I saw this as a very interesting way to enjoy coffee. As a general rule I find chewing tobacco gross, but this product fascinated me so I decided to give it a try.I absolutely love it! I keep it around when I want coffee but there is no way to get a cup at that moment. It tastes like fresh coffee, but if I had to choose a downside it is a little too sweet and it makes a bit of a mess when its time to get rid of it (maybe I just don't know what I'm doing) But the bottom line for me is, as a non tobacco user and coffee lover, its a product that I will keep handy!

It is basically coffee candy. I think it's roasted and ground coffee beans mixed with honey and some other sweet substances. It isn't gooey, but pretty firm until you put it into your mouth. Once it is in your mouth you can try putting it in your lip but it won't produce much spit. The candy surrounding the grounds will eventually dissolve and then you will have a mouth full of coffee grounds. I usually can't keep it in my lip for long and just end up eating it. It is delicious. If they advertised this as a candy, and it was a cheaper, it would be a 5 out of five stars. Marketing this as a smokeless tobacco replacement and then tacking on the price of a can of chew is pretty outrageous. My intuition tells me that this product would be extremely cheap to make so I resent the fact that they jack up the price based on the price of dip. In terms of quantity, it's probably equivalent to a roll of life savers. For $5? Hah! Also, I just can't see it as a chew replacement, there are amazing products out there for that; Smokey Mountain and TeaZa have been my best friends over the last week. The only way this has been helping me quit is the same way a cup of coffee or a snack might take my mind off dipping. While I really like the product as a food, I just can't justify buying it again due to the price.
