We are obsessed with this noodle soup. Delicious and Vegan! For those who haven't tried, I think the broth tastes like a veggie soup broth with a tomato base, just a good comfort food. Sometimes there is a spice that comes out but I like spicy food and these taste mild to me!

This is the mild version of what we have in our local Hawaii stores. This is mild by Korean standards which may be too spicy for the average palette. You can always use less of the seasoning packet and add soy or liquid aminos or miso soup. Noodle has a great chew to it and the flavor and veggie packet makes a great meal in no time.

Phenomenally delicious vegan junk food! Each packet contains two servings. To make a healthy-ish meal, I mix half of the noodles and 1/4 of the seasoning with heated-through stir fry veggies. Yum! You really do not need all of the seasoning packet.
