Good clamp strength but looks a bit ugly and cumbersome

One of the joints is a bit loose and the iPad wobbles, the screws are not stainless and will rust if you are near the ocean.

Everything works well but when I put the tablet on portrait mode it's slightly askew. It may not bother people but it bothers me if every time I look at it.
Sturdy Mount for Drum Set

I bought this to mount a tablet onto an electronic drum set, so I can view pdf format sheet music on the tablet while drumming along. This mount has stayed in place, even through long drumming sessions. It was very easy to set up and the adjustable clamp makes it so I can quickly reposition the mount as needed without having to completely remove it from the drum set.

The actual tablet mount was solid. The clamp, however, was less than good. The one I received would not tighten at all. I will now have to purchase something like a Manfrotto Superclamp to be able to mount my iPad to my tripod for tethered shooting. Perhaps I just received a defective clamp. It doesn't change the fact that I now have to go purchase something else to mount this tablet mount.
UPDATE: The seller upgraded me for free to the heavy duty clamp and that works great! The combination of the BIke mount heavy duty metal clamp with the tablet mount make this perfect for mounting my iPad to my Tripod.
