Decent features, but not very strong - bends easy

Seemed to be great at first! Long reach and the pivot and extension features worked well... BUT... The foam seems a little flimsy, helping to get into curves on body panels, but I'm concerned about longevity. Also, I managed to bend the arm while it was extended without even noticing until I went to collapse it and couldn't. Ended up carefully bending it back, but now I've lost confidence. The new Snow Joe Snow Brooms that I just bought feel much more durable. The extension features on them isn't as easy to operate and the head doesn't pivot, but i just make it the eight length to lay across the rear seat floor of my car and have no problems with it. They even beefed up the scraper on the Snow Joe, which is what broke on mine a couple years ago and got me looking for an alternative in the first place.
