Love this for the price! The foam is mess free and easy to use. It rubs on smoothly and provides a beautiful tan color. I'm fairly pale otherwise, and have received compliments on my tan. It looks natural, and I've had no issues with streaking. It gives some instant color, and develops further over the next 8 hours. Definitely avoid sweating or getting your skin wet over the next 8 hours or else you'll end up with some color distortion. I'd think you could shower sooner, and it will still work, but with less color development. It drys quickly enough that I've been able to put clothes on within 5 minutes without having color transfer, but I do feel a little sticky for a while. It has a light pleasant scent straight out of the bottle, and does not smell like self tanner. After 4-8 hours you can start to smell the typical DHA scent, but it is mild. I have a sensitive nose, so a strong scent would have been a deal breaker for me. I would highly recommend this self tanner (I've also tried Tarte and St. Tropez), and I use it in conjunction with Jergans tinted daily moisturizer as well.

I have been using this product for the last few months since I discovered it. Applying a layer before getting your day start or before going to sleep at night-they both work well. Make sure your skin is hydrated before applying and keep applying lotion afterwards and you will maintain your tan for a while!

Love this stuff!! Wear gloves or a mitt! If you don't wash your hands with dish soap as soon as you are finished applying and scrub hard. It will come off but it will take elbow grease. I personally don't use this as an apply and go. I use this more as a "tinting" agent. I apply when I know I'm going to have free time for the process. I apply and leave on for 2-3 hours. When I shower I don't scrub just use body soap and gently wash with hands. I pat dry and lather up as soon as I dry off. The color is amazing and there isn't any streaming or blotchy spots. If I want more color I'll just repeat the process the next day. I don't do this more than 2-3 times in a row. The color will start to look fake/orange. I know my limit and when to stop.

I've never (before this) used any self tanners or anything like this before so I read a lot of reviews and figured this would be a good low end one to try. I'm fairly pale and got the light bronze color, applied it with a mitt(the St. tropez one) after I exfoliated in the shower & dried off. Applied pretty easily. I applied it and let it sit for a couple of minutes before going to bed so it was just a complete surprise when I woke up. I didn't have any issues with streaking or anything. There were a couple spots that I could tell I didn't exfoliate as well like a spot on my ribs and then my knees so I just scrubbed those a little bit more after I realized how dark those spots were. I also didn't do a great job blending it onto my hands(picture of the line cuz you can see how tan it made me in one application) so there was a bit of a line on my wrist but I can tell I'm a lot more tan! I may try applying this more often to get more of a tan but I'm loving it!

-No transfer onto my clothes/sheets even right after application
-Blends well with a mitt
-Great, quick color that doesn't look orange at all

Cons:
-skin felt sticky for a little while after application but that went away
-felt like I used a lot of product to cover my entire body so not sure how long this bottle will last me.
-adheres easily to rougher parts of skin so be sure to exfoliate very well
