But it's a tasty, quick "on the go" 210 calories that satisfies when you don't have time to make something healthier. 5 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of sugar per package (see photo - this is slightly different than the current marketing photo). In one large corrugated box there will be 14 boxes - each box containing 8 separate packages which in turn will each contain 6 cracker "sandwiches". I received my order on May 6th and the box was labeled Aug 05 2017, so don't overbuy. Crackers were fresh and in perfect condition.
