Dont use the screws that come with this they are super cheap and break off

Don't get me started on how cheap the screws that came with this are two broke and I played hell getting them out of my inner fairing it appears they will work on my 96 ultra but I have to make a trip to home depot for some real screws

Used these in my truck doors to upgrade to 6.5. Works well even after removing them several times and rescrewing through the holes.
Would only change that there be 4 holes to screw it down

I'd suggest using black screws it your speaker came with the little pack they usually do. Because you can see the bottom screw from the rider seat if it's silver. Speaker fit smooth and tight no rattle yet

Worked great and allowed the Infinity Kappa 6.5" round speakers I also bought to fit perfectly. One item to note...all the screws provided to mount these to the dash are the same size. If you run the screw all the way through to bottom out on the adapter, it will go through your dash. I found this out the hard way and now have a hole in my dash. Not the manufacturer's fault, I should have been more careful...
