The instructions show round screw holes in the mounting bracket but they're slotted. The slot seems to have no purpose because the screw must be in the round end of the slot in order to be able to attach the rod. The instructions show binding screws to attach the rod but they're actually a bolt and nut that go through the rod.

This seemed really promising giving a bit more room between the shower curtain and anyone taking a shower. It was a bit difficult to install alone so you may well need a second pair of hands to assist. It's a little flimsy and the mounting if not done perfectly may be loose. I didn't find the instructions until I was almost done hidden inside the long box which makes me think that everyone who could not find it didn't look carefully. Well I did figure it out on my own but you should carefully seek out the instructions. It does provide for more room for which I am grateful. Good overall.

I love it! When the package arrived, it was partly opened. It has probably been sent to someone else and then I got it. There were no instructions in it and so it has been sent to someone else and then sent to me and I'm not happy about that. I don't like that and I think it's terrible that you would go ahead and send it to me like that I needed the instructions
