This is my fault but I did not know pancake syrup was different than maple syrup..this is nothing more than glorified corn syrup!

Nothing like the Non High Fructose Syrups out there. It has a really snappy zingy sweetness to it that feel very raw, something we can't get used to vs. the log cabin stuff.
