very disappointing product and not much resolution from seller..

Not only did I not receive the exact tool case that was advertised (I have made previous requests for this resolution to you with no answer) but now after only a few uses and flights I now have the following issues with this product.
1. the top handle has come off and is now missing - picture
2. the waterproof air vent has come off and is now missing
3.the clip piece that holds the hinge in place is missing.
What is the warranty on this unit? how do I get this unit replaced or refunded? not overall happy with my purchase.

A Tank for your Tools

The ideal tool case for airline travel. Everything that a pelican case has to offer, with a very nicely set up pallet system that holds up to TSA baggage tossing. The only loose tools after a flight were the precision razorblades that an inspector ripped out and tossed back in. Weighs around 35-40 lbs when fully loaded. Extremely sturdy. Basically a tank for your tools. If you're looking to mod a rolling pelican to use for tools, just go with one of these.
Update: spoke too soon. Case itself is rock-solid, but the pallets are problematic after a short time. easily ripped by larger tools, broken mounts where they attach to the upper lid, broken snap in connectors for lower pallets. No gas shocks as pictured, which means lid must be propped open when in use.
