Disappointing Product

First, great web experience and delivery by Amazon. Second, product functions just fine. Third, the Main Unit construction is great! The disappointments are the cheap, plastic, kids toy-like construction of the control head and microphone, as well as the complete lack of any kind of mounting hardware. What a major let down by ICOM. I recieved it today and am already considering selling it and upgrading to YEASU or KENWOOD.
