This is not my first KOH KOH jumpsuit, so I was expecting to like it and I do... I am a size 12 and I bought the large. It fits as expected, not clingy, but flattering to my shape. What I love the most is that the fabric is not a sheer white, which allows for flexibility with undergarments. Can definitely be worn with one or two piece body shaper (I tried it on with nude, black and white and could not tell the difference in natural or artificial lighting). You do have to step in the through the neck, but the material stretches. Wider hips and larger buns may have a little difficulty.

Update: I'm keeping it because of Spanx, that's why. I have a pair and just happened to try it, and done! Naturally, I'll be sure to wear a bra when I actually wear it out. Sorry for the honesty. Posted pics below with the Spanx & my original review. Hope this helps.
The size and quality of the fabric are great. I got a 2x to ensure a baggier fit. It was just not flattering to my body. First, I failed to see the front was pleated, the top part didn't drape over the waistband, and it felt like it just fit right at the crotch area - and I'm 5'3". It complimented me front behind but, it'd look better on someone with a flatter belly &/or smaller waist. Speedy shipping. Will be returning.

The sizing is correct, I wear a 10 so I ordered a Large; however, it you want to wear it more loose and flowing as the picture you need to order a size larger. If you order your normal size, it is form fitting and clingy. The navy blue is a very pretty color and overall I really liked it BUT I should have ordered a XL because I wanted it to be looser. I will be returning mine.
