Great product. At first I was a bit disturbed that the reporting isn't done in livetime--but in practice it's no big matter at all. If one of the values (temperature, humidity, power status) does go out of your own pre-established range, you get an immediate call or text message informing you of the same. Wonderful and comforting device and system giving me lots of peace of mind. Get it!

Just what I needed for the summer home while we are away for the winter. Works as described, and very simple to set up, create account, and subscribe for service. Affordable rates for peace of mind that the house has power and don't freeze up. Pennies a day for coverage on the yearly plan. Highly recommend this product, best I've seen!

Works perfect for our sitauation, we can't get internet and we don't want to spend $50 month on a landline cause we are hardly there. I can log in and check our current temperature and humidity levels.

We installed this in our cabin in NW Wisconsin, where the cell signal is terrible. Easy to set up and install. I would suggest setting up payment plan and account before you are in the no cell service land. We did not do this and it took a little more time but once installed works like a charm. Unplugged unit and did not get the notice until we went to a cell friendly area. Point being it will signal us when we are not at cabin should a problem arise; which is exactly what we wanted. I am able to log on to account and check temps that are recorded daily. The monthly service fee is fair considering the peace of mind you get.

Works great at the cabin - tested it at home for a week before I put it at cabin. Eliminates need for internet connection like other alarm systems use - which if you're on Hughes Net only thing I can get at cabin ($670/year internet cost). $200 for module and $99/year service charge - first year cost is $300 - pretty easy decision.
