Stopped working after 4 months! 😡

Shower head is in guest bathroom so it is hardly used - upon me cleaning the bathroom I realized that the shower head is no longer working properly. I will be contacting the manufacturer to try to figure this out. I've only had this for 4 months, and I'm very disappointed.

Poor quality, hook up issues

Hook up issues. Complicated with poor instructions. Manufacture failed to replace unit, instead insisted on troubleshooting over the phone despite multiple attempts to properly hook up.
Leaks

So the hose has leaked from the diverter since it was installed. I have been sent replacement washers AND an new shower unit and the problem still persists. The shower head and wand work and look great, then I turn it off and it leaks.
Nice looking, but cheaply made parts

The faucet heads are fine. The hose is simply horrible. It doesn't want to bend well. The connectors are very cheaply made of weak plastic. This causes water to shoot out of the connection points no matter how tight or loose you connect the hose. I had to replace the hose and connection points myself. Problem solved for now. For the price of this, it should come with a better hose and connectors. Have only used it for a couple days now, if anymore issues arise, then I will update this review.
