Doesn't work, don't buy

This thing sucks. Basically doesn't work. It's supposed to balance your camera but doesn't. Simple as that, no other way to explain it. When you take the lock off the side to let it "balance" it just falls to the side. Does. Not. Work.

I ended up returning this after 3 days of trying to balance my camera, and I probably watched every single YouTube tutorial on how to use these manual stabilizers. This is one of those "You get what you pay for" products. I decided to invest the money and purchased a Zhiyun Cran 3-axis gimbal instead. Yes, it's a lot of money, but it takes less than 5 minutes to balance my camera with any lens combination, and it works great.
In the end I'd say that it is significantly better than no stabilizer at all

I wanted an inexpensive stabilizer to use while shooting iPhone videos of kids. "real" stabilizers are far too costly for this purpose. There are a number of devices that all look the same - Roxant, Afunta, etc. --- with prices that range from $29 to $70 or more. I believe that they are identical. If you want one of these, get the cheapest one.
It was a bit of a pain to set up. The design is really oriented to heavier cameras (DSLR etc.), which meant a trip to the hardware store to purchase some washer and a bolt to use as a counterbalance. In the end I'd say that it is significantly better than no stabilizer at all, but it's certainly no perfect. Was it worth $30 - definitely. How about $60 --- I don't think so.

It works as I expected. Its not so hard to calibrate like Ive seen on some reviews, as soon as you know the right position for your camera its very quick. Its a little hard to ajust the zoom of my DSLR lenses because you dont have good access to this bottom part of the camera.

Nice sturdy unit. Came assembled in the box. Works perfect for my Panasonic G7. With that said,. It did take some time to get balanced right. I also had to learn to hold my arm and walk correctly for it to work right.
