No hassle Warranty when unit failed. Good customer support. Love the product, simple and works.

It's simple, reconnects when i turn on my headphones, works with two BT devices. The real reason for this review is my unit failed, i contacted customer support, and after going through with me what could be wrong, they asked me to send it back and replaced it with a new unit with no fuss. Rachel in customer support (all via email) took care of it.
So i'm back in business, i did miss it for a little while as I did have to sent it back before they replaced it. But it does as advertised and it's small, has all the cables you need, and just works.
Note: the problem I had is it seemed to have burned out or something, it was hot and no lights on it and then no power whatsoever on it. Note: keep all your cables and the package it came in, helps for if you do have to return it for any reason, but they made good on their warranty. I had had it for a couple of months.
Hoping the replacement doesn't have the same problem, hooked it up and paired up with two devices in just a few minutes and all was well.
Kudos to HomeSpot and MoGeek.

I'm pretty impressed

I'm pretty impressed. Great performance with the optical connection, little to no lip syncing with the aptX headphones that I purchased (relatively low cost Miccus Wireless Bluetooth Stealth v4.2). Docked one star because of two things. First, after making the initial connection the TV colors shifted to ungodly red hues and the show River Monsters was more like monsters in a river of blood. But this was corrected by cycling the TV off and then on again. Second, at the start of connecting both headphones or when one set of headphones is powered off after both have been enabled, there is about 3-4 seconds of static and crackling. Not a huge deal to me but for some this might prove to be highly irritating. Might be resolved worth different headphones, though. But I didn't find pairing to be difficult at all, but I'd say that my electronics know-how is above average to advanced. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and would recommend it.
Works generally but is a little tough to set up.

Good product with one issue. I wanted to connect my Xbox One to a Bluetooth speaker since my monitor doesn't have great sound. I was able to do it, however it was more difficult to pair with the Bluetooth than expected. When trying to connect to the Bluetooth device sitting right next to the transmitter, it kept attempting to connect to two other devices in another room that were turned on. I kept having to force it to forget prior connections, turn off the other devices completely, and then connect. Finally got it working and now it works great! But it would be awesome if you could somehow easily move through available devices until you found the one you want, or if there were more buttons for different functions rather than just one that has to be pressed in multiple ways.
Works pretty well. Paired with my Bluetooth headset very easily

Works pretty well. Paired with my Bluetooth headset very easily. I keep mine on all the time and it has been great for the last month. I gave it four stars because you really need line-of-site for it to work without cutting out. Even 10 foot away. I have a wooden column separating my living room from my dining room (10 foot from the transmitter). If I walk in front of the column (about 5x5 inches) it will cut out. That being said, as long as I have line-of-site, I can walk all the way into my kitchen about 40 feet away and plays perfect. Works great for me. I mostly use it sitting in front of my PC which is about 12 foot from the transmitter and has line-of-site.
Use a sort lead or forget it

This provided exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the picture doesn't tell the story. When I used it with the RCA to 3.5 link shown, I had many problems with hum and static on the signal. It certainly is the easiest unit to pair that I have tried. When I connected it to the TV directly, it provided a great sound for my Bose headset. Going through the RCA connecters through the supplied cable produced a low level of inferior sound. It had enough power to connect and process sound from a position behind the TV, but lost quality when fed through a longer cable.
