I had to give this a 1 star review based on the packaging and subsequent damage to the table. If it had better padding or more rigid cardboard at that rounded side, I think it would have been okay. And in that case I would have rated it a 5 star. The wood is beautiful, it was the perfect size for what we wanted. I have returned the damaged box and reordered a replacement -- I hope the replacement arrives safely

I received the table yesterday along with the Outdoor Interiors Stacking Chairs. Happily, the wood on the table and chairs match nicely. I turned it upside down to insert the 2 screws and the umbrella bolt before unfolding the legs, oiling the underside then turned it upright. It took about 30 minutes to oil the entire table and it has a beautiful finish. My only concern is that the umbrella hole in the table is too wide and I'm afraid that my umbrella may sway too much and possibly damage the table. I'm hoping to find something to fill the hole and stabilize the umbrella. Since this table folds, it would be nice if there was an all-weather cover to fit the folded table since I can only store it on my deck. It's very lightweight and easy to move and fold up for someone who is 5'1" and 105 lbs.

This table is not sturdy and will start developing cracks the moment it sees the day of light. If you are living in a sunny and dry place, do not consider buying it. I am extremely disappointed with how this table has turned out.

Purchased with coordinating chairs for our deck. We live on the Long Island Sound and needed something that would stand up to salty wave spray (yes, we are that close to the water), heavy enough to withstand normal winds, and beautiful without breaking the bank. It's a lovely table and our piece is is well constructed. We oiled it right away with marine grade Teak Oil before putting it out in the sun. Waves and rain just bead up rather than soaking in. My complaint is that it is not as stable as 4 permanent legs would be. We don't intend to drop the leaves ever but I couldn't find a round table of similar construction and wood so this is what we went with. All in all, happy with it. Just be aware that it will be slightly wobbly!

Thought this came with the chairs. Was very upset when I realized it didn't. Received this with a small crack in it. Over time, the crack is now over the entire top of the table. Terrible price for JUST a table with no chairs!
