After seeing one of these advertised on TV, then in a Walmart store, I bought it. It lasted about two years until I overloaded it with cards and broke a hinge. Not being able to find a replacement at Walmart, I bought what appeared to be the same brand of wallet from Amazon. I got it nine days ago and it is already badly and sadly deformed. Yes, I carry it in my back pocket. Yes, I sometimes sit down on uneven ground. Yet this one only lasted 9 days while the Walmart wallet lasted 2 years. I am enclosing a photo -- I hope Amazon puts it on the review on the website.

TL:DR - Nice Idea, sub-par materials, but cheap and affordable. Give it a try, you might like it anyway.
Update: Lasted 2 days. Seriously, it's a cool idea, but pass on this item or any other clones. It's trash, and not durable.

I like the idea of a hard wallet, however in this case, you get what you pay for. The finish at first glance is satisfactory, but consider a few things before buying.

If you decide to keep this in your back pocket, understand that it will get dented, and is slightly awkward when sitting. The outer shell appears to be extremely thin metal with a protective clear coat over it. The shell is easily dented, you can even dent it with your finger nail. Also, I'm already seeing (after owning it for a few hours) that the outer shell is separating from the plastic body. So with that being said, the shell is pretty delicate and cheaply constructed in my opinion.

The latch is plastic, which is the one part I'm guessing is the most susceptible to wearing out (other reviews back up this observation).

I don't have an issue with the accordion card holders, they seem ordinary (plastic and held by adhesive), just don't over-stretch or over-open the wallet and they should last.

I'm carrying 6 cards, a few bills, and a key within this wallet. They fit fine. Hopefully it'll last, and I'll update this review in the event it's durable or it breaks. Happy shopping!

Second day I've been using this, and the hinge popped out of place. It wasn't actually broken, so I was able to pop in back into it's slot.

Hinges actually broke this time, wallet is useless. Not surprised.

I bought 6 of these in various colors to take overseas and give as gifts to my travel companions. We loved them on day one! They hold quite a bit and block your credit cards from being scanned. However, they are built very cheaply. The plastic latching mechanism will break if the wind hits it too hard. It is junk. Moral of the story, by the time we landed in the U.S. a week later the latches on ALL of them were broken. If you needs wallet for a day, go for it. Sadly, that's about all the latch is gonna last. 6 out of 6 breaking should make you think real hard about throwing away your money.

Had the wallet for less then a month and the cheap plastic hinges snapped at the bottom. I typically carry my wallet in my right pocket all the time while I am at work and put my wallet on my desk at night, so its not like I am typically super hard on my wallet. As far as abuse goes it has a ding in it from my keys and some scratches but cosmetic issues aside it was functional. But the plastic hinges at the bottom are just not durable in any manner and after less then a month they broke. Would not recommend for a daily use wallet.

Doesn't hold a ton of cards, but we got our passport cards plus four others in there. One of them had a bad scratch on the back, but the way my wallet is, I kept it for me and gave my Mom the perfect one. I bet it'll scratch more, but for now it's good. I do find the inside corners are sharp and scratching up my cards, so I put some masking tape on there until I can file that inside corner down a little. Obviously, if you have a lot of RFID cards, you're better off with the little individual envelopes, but this is easier for me, and as a bonus, makes it super easy to find the cards I need quickly, or bring just those (debit, DL, passport, etc) when I don't need my entire giant wallet.
