The door of my new freezer was below the height of the "wall" of the tray(see picture) so I had to purchase a set of "legs"(also from amazon) to lift the freezer above the height of the tray. I also had to purchase a "plug" from a local hardware store to plug the drain hole on the side of the tray. All this of avoid damaging carpeting in my apartment should the freezer leak.

Purchased this to install under new addition ac unit in the attic above the room. It was a bit pricey but has been doing its job. It has not cracked and is holding up and draining the water away.

I did not like your product.. It was to large for what I wanted for. product was great just not what I was looking for.

This was my second purchase of this great condensate pan. The quality is as good as it gets. I highly recommend this pan.

I purchased this to go under a refrigerator in the room over the garage in case the power goes out. Unfortunately the door wouldn't open when the unit was in this tray - but that's not why I rated this so poorly. I marked this down because it is flimsy and bends easily. It had a crunched corner out of the box but I had to try to use it due to the delayed shipping and urgent need. Unfortunately I wasn't told it didn't work for the space until after the return deadline. It will probably work if you have two people to put your unit in place and don't have to move the pan. Otherwise, I recommend connecting the drain hose and moving it as little as possible.
