These brownies are awesome! As a diabetic I have to be very careful and while I can't eat many of these I can eat one once in awhile! My non diabetic friends LOVED them. Excellent taste and texture!

Made these today and very disappointed. My daughter thought they tasted like cat food. I thought the chocolate they used had an off taste. Maybe the arrowroot. I was surprised since other reviewers gave them high praise. I have used King Author before and found that brand much tastier.
On the dark side

I love dark chocolate but this was so dark it was dry. Needed something to bring it to life. I tried raspberry sauce. That was good. We didn't make the cake version and it still came out cakey. Not for me.

Namaste GF products never fail - their mixes are tasty and always give a great result. BUT - I wish they'd throttle back on the sugar. With all the healthier options for sweeteners, they could certainly combine a few to decrease the cane sugar content a little (or a lot), and still deliver a delicious baked good. Most end up too sweet for me, but I do use their mixes to bake for others that are more accustomed to super sweet cakes, brownies, cookies, etc. I mostly use Namaste mixes when I want to press the GF easy button.

This brownie mix was super good! We made the brownies and topped with gluten free ice cream and cherries for a yummy dessert. The brownies are fudgey and have a nice, rich chocolate flavor. They're not super sweet. I would definitely buy this mix again and probably add some chocolate chips next time!
