I was a little leery ordering these, afraid they would either intentionally dried or dried-up/stale, but these are so fresh! They are in perfect shape. Sometimes when I bought them in a store (the few times I could find them) many of the leaves were spotted/curling up/disintegrating. These are perfect looking. And the flavor is so vibrant. I rinsed them off and dried them with a towel---and the towel smelled so good after I picked up the leaves and froze them in a freezer bag. Can't wait to actually use them in dishes (tom yum soup, Thai curry, Thai spiced cashews, etc.). These leaves are so hard to find in stores---but now I can use them freely knowing there is such a great source for them. Thanks!

These deliciously aromatic lime leaves arrived beautifully green even in the summer month of late June. They were a little moist from the heat and humidity, so I dried them on a rack on the counter. I immediately made Panang Curry! Yum. And froze the rest in a ziploc bag in the deep freeze.
