I used my first "log" to make manhattans with inexpensive whiskey. It did a good job and I was able to reuse it two times. Both color and taste were improved.

Dude, these little magic sticks are incredible. It was like night and day. Noticeably darker in color and smoother in taste after aging my whiskey.
