We bought this for our saw shop and it has had zero problems. We routinely lift close to the maximum capacity of this jack and it seems to be going strong. I can't say enough about how smooth this pallet jack is. It's quiet, easy to move and has a real feel of quality to it. The customer service rep called me out of the blue to make sure I knew when the pallet jack was coming and if I had any questions concerning it. Very unexpected. The trucking company followed up with a separate phone call as well. There's a little assembly and remember; the first thing you have to do is be smarter than the thing you're working on so pay attention to the hook up for the handle release directions. If you take the time to adjust it (as they explain) it will lock and release as it should. Great product, can't go wrong with this quality tool.
