Just received our Luna Plus today. Unpacking and assembly took all of 5 minutes. Put it took work immediately on our main floor which is almost entirely tile and wood floors. Ended up having to do it all because the difference was so dramatic. Very satisfied with the cleaning. Little things like the lights and fact that the unit stands upright on its own are nice features. BTW, the filling cup fits right over the handle so you don't have to think about where to store it. Have not tried any of the hand held tools yet. Saw previous reviews about the connections for the shoulder strap clips being plastic and fragile. Apparently the company listened because mine are metal.

We had a shark for several years and recently it failed to work so after much research I discovered the sienna. It arrived on time and we tried it out on our kitchen floors that needed a good scrub. First thing we noticed was that we did not have to pump the handle to get steam like the shark. The unit produced steam in less than 30 seconds. We used the lightest steam selection and were amazed that we did not only the kitchen but the dining room and part of the living room before we had to refill. We like the fact that we can use tap water vs distilled, a big money saver. Our shark for the same area would have required at least 3-4 fill ups. We also tackled the toilet on heavy steam with vibration and the grout came out white. We had to use the smaller attachment on the hose to get behind the fixtures and that worked well . We did the tub and tile areas and they came clean. The only area that we found wanting was cleaning the glass door. We could not get the squeegee to clean. We ended using elbow grease and a scouring sponge. The unit is very light and had no issues with carrying it around when using the hose and attachments. The downsides are it comes with two pads for the main head and one for the smaller attachment. They get really dirty fast and we will be ordering several more so we won't have to rinse them out so we don't end up putting the dirt back on the floor. The other thing we found uncomfortable is that using the hose and attachment meant we had to carry/sling the unit over our shoulder which is difficult if you are cleaning tight spaces on the floor. Maybe they could design a nozzle close to the main head where we could attach the hose. We ended having one person holding the unit the other cleaning. This was also true when I tried cleaning the grill. We also got used to the shark feature that when one side of the pad got dirty you could just turn the head and continue not so with this unit. The plus side is that the pad comes off easy and you get two of them. Changing the small tool head pad you need to make sure it is not hot before you do as it gets pretty hot. Lastly it is a nice touch to have the carry bag for all the tools and the fact it stands up on its own. So far after 3 uses we are very satisfied and would recommend this unit for home use

I could kick myself for waiting so long to finally purchase this steamer. I LOVE it. No more scrubbing on my hands and knees. My kitchen floor is linoleum with lots of creases/crevices in the design that makes cleaning brutal. I used the vibrate setting, now the floor looks fabulous. I used the dust setting when cleaning my hardwood floors. They are absolutely beautiful. I bought this product so that I was not using harsh chemicals or fragrance products to clean. Depending on the size of your rooms and house I recommend immediately purchasing more cleaning pads. I did have to clean in stages since I had to launder and wait for the two cleaning pads to dry. I highly recommend this product. You will save on cleaning products, your time, and no more aches and pains from getting on your hands and knees. No bending over the mop scrubbing either. You do need to be patient if your floor is extremely dirty and let the machine do its job. This is a lifesaver. I always thought I needed a cleaning lady to do the floors. Not any longer. I can easily keep them clean now.

Sure hope it holds up as I adore this product! At 75 with joint problems I can carry this around and it has removed gook I couldn't clean off for years! [This solves my dilemma of being allergic to dust mites, getting sick for 1-2 weeks after vacuuming with a Hepa Filter vacuum. Hired 3 different people to vacuum while I'm out of the house to avoid allergic reaction and they all said it was too heavy and too hard.] Have delighted in steaming upholstery and drapes as well as all bedding. It removed half the mold on a shower mat at the steam setting with a once-over. Will use the bathroom higher setting next time. The directions are clear and the steamer is easy enough for me to take apart and put back together with minimum fuss or strain. I really recommend using distilled water to avoid future problems. Few of us have mineral-free water. With a bag even, the attachments look like toys, but really work. The squeegee removed the horrifying bird print from the window that killed it instantly with two passes. So, it's light enough, adaptable, can be used pretty much everywhere on pretty much everything but plants and animals. If it doesn't break, I am a worshiper of this amazing adaptable product. Call me Ms. Clean now.

I usually don't do reviews, however, this product really deserves it. As I was using it today, only one word came to mind - effortless. It literally glides over wood and tiled floors. I am so impressed that I just had to write about it. There's a lot more to it, but whomever is reading this, will get the picture. Thumbs up!
