This is a relatively sturdy rod and converts fairly easily to a left draw (keeping the pull cord on the right), though it's not advertised as adjustable. I have a patio door that opens on the right and want the pull cord on the right but wanted it to draw to the left. After looking at ther mechanics of the thing, we decided to separate the rod, take the main pull and all the hookie things off, flip the main pull over, put the hookie things back on and voila! Perfect!
