This item works as described and worked very well. I am very happy with my purchase. My feet are not in terrible shape, as I get pedis sometimes. But this really, really helped my small cracks on the back of my heels, squarish toe and areas where my feel seemed calloused slightly. For the people who said after pushing down the roller stopped they are not using it correctly. You should not have to push so hard and you will see white stuff flying off - it's doing the work - you don't have to push hard. You can also change the angle if that starts to happen.

I do recommend doing this outside or in the tub as it's kind of messy but you know it's working with the white powdery stuff (eww, skin) flying around. ;) I think the heads will not last long if you have really rough feet. Good that it comes with a replacement head and I hope it's easy to find more replacements as I think I will need a new one every couple of months. (Depending on how much you use this and how rough your feet are). Good product.

I bought this tool following the use of Compound W for wart removal. Gross, eh? I had such a large volume of dried skin coming off the bottom of my foot following the treatment that I needed something that could remove it without tearing the skin. This tool worked exceptionally for that. As noted on the package, care must be used to ensure you do not grind away too much skin. This device will certainly go through several layers of dried skin quickly. That's just what I needed so it worked great for me. I tested it for lighter applications as well, just lightly dragging it across my skin to see if other areas could be smoothed up. It did that well also. I didn't care about the aesthetics quite frankly as I had some more serious work to do with the tool, but it performed both functions well. I definitely recommend it!

I just got my Pedi in the mail less than one hour ago and went immediately to use it. Wow!! This is sooo easy to use and the results were better than I expected. I used it sitting on the edge of my bathtub so I don't have to clean up so much. I used very light easy strokes ( because that's all you need to do). It is a habit for those of us with these hard, calloused, dry, cracked heels to be aggressive with filing/scraping our feet. DONT be aggressive with this product! It is working better and easier than you think! It only took me about 5 min to do both feet. Now, don't get me wrong...you wont have baby soft feet right off the bat...I expect this to take a few times. But, it is so quick and easy to use. Definitely love this product. PS. No problem with the noise or cleanup

This is FANTASTIC. I was able to remove several years of old dead skin from my feet. My feet looked worse than the model's 'Before' picture and now my feet look almost perfect. A few days of lotion and one more quick pedicure with this will probably put my feet in a perfect condition. It took me about 45 mins per foot but my feet were extremely bad. It would probably take much less time for most people. You get your money's worth. This costs a lot less than paying someone to give you a pedicure and it is nice to do it in the privacy of your own home. Even if someone were to use this only once, they've already saved a lot of money compared to a paid pedicure. BUT...I plan to use this much more than one time. This will be my new 'go to' tool for taking care of my feet.

May 27: I love this I just finished using it, feet look and feel amazing. I've had really bad calluses all my life and this makes it seem like I have never had them at all. I would recommend soaking your feet after or shower after, just adds to the amazing-ness. Only downside...it stopped working! New batteries and won't turn on at all. Changed the batteries twice and nothing! kind of upset bc this was a really great product I was really looking forward to using from now on. Havent contacted anyone yet but ill give an update as soon as I do.
May 29: just finished talking to a gentleman I contacted via the 1-800 number on the box, amazing customer service! He helped me fix my unit and understand what exactly the problem was. If you guys have the same issue just lift up the metal prongs within the unit where the batteries go. If it stops working, shake the unit with the batteries inside, if you hear it rattling that's the problem. Love this product I'm so excited that it's fixed.
