There are many reasons this is a terrible product. It's bulky and also doesn't mount easily. It's made of cheap plastic not metal. The cable only goes one direction and the design is very much "1-sided" so it limits the places in the cabinet you can mount it. This is such an important thing for a wiring cabinet, how could Legrand botched this product so badly?
I'm returning my unit, it makes my cabinet feel like crap, I want things that make it cleaner, more efficient.
What I want: It seems clear a flat 1/2 width box/plate that mounts flat with 4 outlets with rotating pin directions (so you can angle/fit the power cord transformers) would be the killer product.

I purchased this a few months ago and it works really well if you are trying to clean up a wire panel in your house. Typically the wiring panels in homes only have two outlets and that's a problem because most of us have a router, a modem and probably at least one other device that requires power. This is well designed to power your components within the panel and dress all of your cables up nicely. I highly recommend to anyone trying to make their wiring panel look nice.
I am much more comfortable with it in my cabinet than just the two ...

Bought to future proof my installation...turned out to be overkill...but no chance I would return it. I am much more comfortable with it in my cabinet than just the two original outlets cabinet came with

This product is probably intended for Leviton metal enclosures. I could not make it work with a Leviton's plastic one.
