USB Disconnecting and reconnecting

For some reason it will disconnect and reconnect via USB every 5 minutes and I have to listen to that horrible window sound when a device is dc'd. I have tried a diff USB extender and Diff USB ports and it still occurs. It also does not sync into synapse 2.0. You have to download 3.0 which is not yet compatible with 2/4 of my razer devices (mouse and keyboard. So when I try to sync them all together as the same effect/color. It does not let me since two products are in synapse 2 and 2 are in synapse 3.
If the USB issue did not occur I would not care that much since it is so nicely made. Anyone else having the USB issues or should I exchange it

Setup was easy as could be, instructions are included if you don't know how to assemble the product. Downloading the new version of Razer Synapse was a bit of a hassle, however it was well worth it, the Chroma features are very nice, especially if you have other Croma devices, which if you bought this you more than likely do. It's a great addition to the Razer family! Works well as a headphone stand, they haven't fallen off once since I received the product, and the USB 3.0 Type A Hub is really just an added bonus with the stand. and truly works wonders for cable management.

Product packaging was well done. No scratches until the delivery arrives. For the product, it is in very good condition and it really fits ad suits my razer headphones well. The only downside is that this product isn't available in the Philippines so it would be really costly to buy this.
