Well, it's a great Bimini top for the money. However, if you're not familiar with the installation of a bimini top, it's a little difficult. I bought the bimini with 4 crossbars and the instructions only showed for a 3 crossbar installation. Also, I would not have known where to install the connectors if it hadn't been for a friend who works in the boat industry. Other than that small problem, I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Not sure what I was expecting, but installation of this Bimini was a breeze! First, the instructions leave a lot to be desired, however, being that it's fairly intuitive I knocked it out in about an hour and a half... alone. Four hands would have made it easier. Pay attention to the front of the top. It's marked as such. Lay the top out and install the poles. It's easy so long as you know where the front is. I mounted the down posts in the rear of my boat. The straps will connect to the windshield frame. Figure out where you want to mount and mark your middle set of saddle holes first. Install them. Attach the top. Find where you want to mount the rear down poles. Drill then install those saddles. Install the rear down supports on both sides. This is where two people come in handy. Last, install the saddle loops for the straps and voila, you're done! All in all a fun project and a great top for a fair price!

Easy to put together. Plastic fittings...meh but hey the price is right. Been in use now for half a season and working perfect!! Functionally the same as tops twice as expensive. Would at least like to have an option for metal fittings Mr. Vendor!!
