Was pleasantly surprised with product. It's exactly as advertised. I appreciate that the dividers are soft and have some give in them for the odd-shaped grocery bag. There are mesh pockets on the sides that will hold various things. Load everything into it and then carry it into the house. If need be, you can collapse flat and stow it away until needed.

I appreciated the extra, reusable bags that came with it. I also thought it was a nice touch to receive an email from the company with a helpful guide to using the product along with a organization and everyday busy-life tips. Gave me a good feeling about the company.

This is an excellent storage organizer for the trunk of you car / SUV. It is constructed out of tough polyester fabric which makes it hard-wearing, durable and easily able to withstand a lot of abuse! Side walls, dividers and base plates use high-quality boards that are light yet very firm and resistant to bending!! Quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout including firm stitching and strong comfortable handles. I can attest carrying heavy bottles from the car into the house and the handles are very sturdy. You can use it for all kinds of stuff, going to the beach, tools or just a place to put your groceries to keep all the loose stuff from rolling all over the place on your way home. I am very satisfied with this purchase. When I had an issue the customer service was extremely responsive and although the issue was completely minor sent me a replacement organizer to my door in 2 days without issues for free. I highly recommend it.

I wish it had the bottom reinforcement for compartments and the divider is a bit flimsy.

Update: 07/012/2016 - I should clarify that it did come with one of the bottom reinforcements and Busy Life products did respond back to me that they would ship the additional missing reinforcement. I give them Five stars on customer service, but I still wish the sub divider that uses velcro was a reinforcement plate used on the bottom. Other than that I am satisfied with this product and its a perfect fit for very compact cars such as the Subaru BRZ.

Update: 7/22/16

Seller responded to my review promptly with an email apologizing about the missing support for this item. They asked how many I needed and my address no questions asked. Two days later I get the additional bottom support with letter, again apologizing and how they stand by there product and service. I like their product, and it works for me. There may be a better one out there but this had great reviews and it was nice and compact, which I was looking for since I drive a Subaru BRZ, which has no trunk space. I would buy from this company without hesitation because of there customer service alone.

These work great. I have a 2016 Toyota Rav4 and it did not come with a cargo net. For some reason, anything I put in the trunk slides around as if the carpet is too smooth. I picked up 2 of these and they fit perfect (see picture). Almost looks like they were designed for the Rav4. Not only do they look good, they hold plenty of items and they don't move at all. Empty or full, they do not move while I am driving. As an added benefit, I bring them in with me into Costco and I use these instead of boxes they give.

These worked so well for my needs my wife decided to take one for her car so I had to order a 3rd one for myself.

I came home and bought this after a bag of groceries emptied itself out in the bag of my car for the 1 millionth time (approximately). That was happening every single time I bought groceries l, no matter how carefully I packed them or placed them in the truck or slowly I drove home, and was making me a little more nuts than usual. It's amazing how such a simple solution existed all along to such a vexing problem! This works perfectly, every time, and keeps my trunk looking organized between grocery trips as well.

One thing other reviews said was that the organzier's handles don't hold up well. Maybe if you plan to carry heavy things in a trunk organizer you want to invest in a really heavy duty one; I already try to use cloth grocery bags and never remember to bring them back out to the car (I have 30, see the attached photos, plastic bags, I'm a terrible person) the LAST thing I need is something else to remember to bring back to the car. So this stays in the trunk, and after weeks of use still looks brand new and has held up perfectly.

It's also not huge, which is another plus for me. I don't have kids and am not buying 80 bags of groceries at a time. It does hold quite a lot. I would guess you could fit a decent shopping for a family of four in there, but if you're buying huge loads of shopping and trying to keep your trunk organized, you're going to need more than one if this is the brand you go with. If I decide to buy a second one I would stick with this brand because it's worked great for me.

Some trunk organizers I saw had belts to hold them in place. This one does not, but stays put just fine, even when empty.

As pictured it's divided into 3 compartments. The dividers are pretty small and not the sturdiest part of the design, so if you are planning to keep tiny things in here that absolutely must not mix together it's not going to work. Shoes, groceries, jackets, etc., are all fine.

Overall I'm very pleased with this product. I'm sure if you spend $100 more you will get a much sturdier trunk organizer, but for what I needed and wanted to spend this is perfect.
