These chairs r big nice and comfortable but I've had 3 for about a year and they consistently make clicking noises like someone's kicking the underside of the chair!! What's up w/ that!? Very annoying to the stylist and the client in the chair?? Any advice??

I wish I could say my luck with this chair was better, so far it came with the hydrolic upside down, yes, I checked this many of times with a friend before putting together. The back part where the 2 screws are on either side are put in such a way the fabric will catch when trying to screw in, one of the sides we finally gave up on after over an hour and half of putting the chair together (total) and going to the extreme of cutting the fabric around the screw wholes for the back to insure it wasn't our error causing it to not screw in an fit. After about a month and half or less the plastic around the base of the handel bars decided to snapp, still in tack but now weakend, I just feel like i spent a sizeable amount of money for something that is gonna give out soon.
