This is a great version of ACV, but it all depends on what you're using it for. If it is merely for taste on a salad or cleaning and such it should be fine. What I use ACV for primarily is a hair rinse instead of a conditioner for oily hair. Braggs is by far the best for hair. Ive been able to train my hair that I only shampoo twice a week and "shampoo" or rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar daily and it works amazing. HOWEVER, this brand I tried because Braggs was out of stock and I don't know if its because there is not enough mother or it is something else in how its prepared, but my hair did not get the squeaky clean it gets with Braggs. It felt like there was still a residue on my hair when I rinsed it. I just shampooed this one out and used a shampoo until Braggs was available again a few weeks later, For hair rinsing, I would choose Braggs. I also found this brand somewhat helpful with heartburn & indigestion relief but wasn't as immediate as Braggs and O brand. Hope this helps!

Gotta say they are not kidding wth the "mother" in this brand. It's got allllll kinds of nasty looking snot like substances floating around. I'm talking 6-8 inch loogie looking things in the bathtub. I've always used Braggs with the mother and never had such a dramatic mother lol. But this stuff def tastes the same as braggs. I drank it also and it's as nasty as it's supposed to be so that's good. Good product, but if you get grossed out easy or don't like the way snot fes in your bath, get Braggs.

I found some Apple Cider Vinegar in hong kong's markets, but the vinegar looks too clear!! and the taste is strange. Happy that I can order it directly from US, this volume is large enough for our family to consume for almost half year. Great price and quality. Thanks!

It's hard to get the real thing sent to you long distance, but this appears to have a great deal of mother, organic etc. I may possibly switch from Braggs. We shall experiment and see!
