I have never used one of these and wasn't really sure if I would really like this. But I have been experiencing tight muscles in my calves so I thought this was worth a try. The stick is comfortable to grip and is very rigid to aid to giving you the right pressure. I have my daughter run it along my back to release the tension and boy! Was this a great idea. The one rubber end did come lose, but I was able to slip it back on. Not sure if this is going to be a deal breaker. But for now I only took one star off. Hope it lasts.

I have always head about runners using these to work out muscles and work out the muscles and kinks after they get a good workout and they swear by it.
