Average pizza mozzarella and this is coming from a retired Chef Of Many Years. It's overpriced both product and shipping cost I can get this at my local Cash & Carry. I ordered it because I needed to see how people get ripped off and I was right unless you live in bumhell town USA I would keep away... Oh and by the way it's not as good as many others i have cooked with in my day like lets say POLLY -O, just to mention one that I"m sure everybody knows>>>> This guy is praying on The Uninformed----- Unfortunately!!!

This is very good cheese I use it on my homemade pizzas. Has a great milky flavor and not overly salty.It has nice stringy melt too. I cut it into six 1 lb slabs and seal them in my foodsaver and freeze them. It doesn't effect the taste, texture or taste. Packed well. I am about to buy another six lbs!

The best tastiing mozzarella while milk cheese I've had. I mainly purchase my cheese from Sprouts, for reference. Bulk also correlates to better value, even with the astronomical shipping cost.

Very good quality Mozzarella. Comes well packaged and chilled! For those who don't mind a bit of extra work; you can save a few bucks by breaking it down and freezing smaller portions with vacuum sealer and use when ready.
