I am waiting for snow here in SD to test these boots. I like these boots because they are high, good treads a good insulation and waterproof. They should be perfect for the Dakota winters.

I probably wouldn't go on a long walk in these but they're plenty comfortable enough for shoveling and have kept me nice and warm thus far. The inserts tend to stick to my socks and come out when I take off the boots which is slightly annoying but not a huge deal. Haven't had them long enough to speak to quality necessarily but I don't see any glaring issues or obvious flaws.
