Great organic palm oil

While Spectrum organic shortening doesn't market the product as organic palm oil, the ingredients on the label state that the product is "mechanically pressed organic palm oil". My wife loves this oil as it is a healthy fat containing medium chain fatty acids like coconut oil. It doesn't oxidize under high heat making it great for cooking. Also it doesn't add any negative flavor to the mix.
Non-hydrogenated substitute for regular shortenings

Just like regular shortening, except it's organic and doesn't isn't partially hydrogenated - no trans fats. Also, it has no odor, flavor or strong color (pale ivory color). (Note that a similar product made from Red Palm oil has a strong yellow color.)
