I have had this product for around 6 months now today I found 1/2 of the light out it looks like they cheaped out on the parallel diodes that allow only 1 chip to go out and not the entire panel.
also 5W diodes are not real try to buy one the light out are probably a result of poor thermal paste on it I will verify when I repair the light.

I don't usually do reviews unless something really stinks or has been very impressive. The latter is the case with this unit!
I've had this light almost two years, running 12-14 hr per day to grow sunders and the like. I think only one LED has failed, and yes, I'm not counting the UV emitter. As with other LED grow lights, it is very purple and had to work under. This little beast lights up a 3'x3' growing area from about 24" and the plants are absolutely thriving under it. They turn dark red in color as if they are getting full sun exposure. The indirect light makes the whole room purple LOL. Very little heat is produced. I'm thinking about buying another unit this winter and expanding my growing area. Curiously the price hasn't changed much since I bought the first one in 2015.

Although I just received this light having 3 galaxy hydro and 2 other roleadro cob lights already in my grow room I have no worries about this light
Color is a nice soft pink and is very bright for a 300 watt light loving the fact all diodes are full spectrum as well
Considering buying 4 more in the near future
Anyone considering this brand or the galaxy hydro brand
I can say you'll be happy with the purchase this one is my 8th light from theses guys and they stand behind their product 100%

Was expecting pink, got white

I got a white light. The model number on the unit is the same as the posting, but the colors of the LEDs aren't what I was expecting. I am keeping it, and I'll add a star if the light actually works well, but I don't like that I didn't get a pink light as shown in the picture and shown in other pictures of the HYG08-MINI-60*5W-W-FS. The model I got looks more like a HY-G08-60x5W-W but it has the other label.
