Not the sharpest but got the job done. It started to rust a bit when it was left in the dishwasher after running. May be a lower grade of stainless steel. I would hand wash this and dry it off right away.

It's hard to use and does not have the required sharpness to go through vegetables easier. The blade also feels wobbly, which made me fear cutting myself. I have a Joie brand crinkle cutter like this one, which is much smaller, but does a good job when cutting. This was returned.
